The services provided through our domiciliary care service and entails support with all personal care.
The provision can range from short visits to 24 hours care and live-in arrangement (Live-In Care), long-term or briefly for “discharge to assess” (Home first/ discharge to assess)
or respite (Respite Care).
We provide care for those recovering at home following hospital treatment and/ or surgery; (Hospital Discharge)
Those who are being nursed or receiving medical support at home (Support with Healthcare Needs)
Those receiving palliative care or end of life care. (Palliative care and end of life care, including fast-tracked care)
We support service users with their healthcare, making safe and effective use of medical devices and equipment, as an appropriately delegated task with applicable training and supervision. (Support with healthcare needs)
The physical disabilities and related care needs covered may include tracheotomy care, brain injury, spinal injury, motor neuron disease and any other conditions that limit one’s independence.
We provide care for the long-term and short term, day and night care (Day and Night Care)
