We support service users with their healthcare needs, including making safe and effective use of medical devices and equipment. Our staff will be trained by the healthcare professional who is responsible for delegating and monitoring the healthcare task being provided. The support can be provided as and when required, day or night.  

The specific requirements will be included in the individual care plan, reflected in the transfer of the authority to perform a specific task in a specified situation, to a competent individual.
