Safeguarding:
Our staff are carefully recruited and trained to provide specialist care to meet your individual care needs. All staff undergo an enhanced CRB check before they are placed in your home.

Health and Social Care Partnership Working:
Highlands Care recognises that there are essential aspect of your care that require expert input and we have close links with specialist professionals and organisations who can assist as needed to ensure continuity and quality of your care. We will work closely with GP, District Nurse, Hospice Nurse, Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy (OT), Hospital Discharge planners to ensure your care is well coordinated.

Hospital Discharge Services:
On a weekly basis the cost of our Live in care service is much more cost effective than the cost of a hospital bed occupied by a medically fit patient who is ONLY awaiting a community care package.
